Please don’t take that crap. First off he’s to young to worry about it. second off WHEN you or anyone is old enough and wants to try and lose weight you always consult a doctor first. regardless to your age. they will do a physical and other stuff to make sure you will be okay and help guide you with Information you wouldn’t otherwise know.

Too young so see a doc if you think it is beneficial for hi weight. I did weight watcher when I was 14yo because I was way over weight at that age and just kept getting fatter and fatter. But please get advice from parents guardians and or doc before you do any Acai, or other non doctor prescribed treatment for weight loss.
You’ll regret it if you don’t.

Since acai is just a berry like blueberries or raspberries, it is perfectly safe for anyone to eat. The problem is if you are choosing an acai supplement that has additional ingredients.
