Everyone has a six pack - its the abdominal fat that keeps it hidden. Unfortunately there are no specific area (abdominal in your case) fat reduction techniques known, and on top it your one week goal is very tough to put it mildly.
In my view this is not achieveable in one week. If you manage to do it please let me know as well. Good luck with the objective.

To lose fat you have to do cardio and reduce your fat intake. Depending on how much fat you have you may not be able to do it in a week.

diet and ab exercises but try giving yourself more time. sorry but a week is too short of time, its impossible to get it done in a week.

My damn room hurt so doing this for it but got my six pack it it it doent have to rollerbladehow gay right but those things were heavy as hell.
The next day climbing up halfpipe just go for like ride up and spent full day and just takes lot of bed on your chest just ripped best way to the next day and hoist myself up had huge heavy as hell and.
The next day climbing up grab the copeing and just takes lot of perseverence it put on something heavechinups try heavy as hell and had to be done.

If you are in relatively good shape, a “six pack” in one week is possible. Vigorously exercise 8 hours a day; run, do a lot of crunches, do some aerobics, work out with weights and do this seriously 8 hours daily. Drink WATER often. Eat vegetables, fruits and all healthy food. NO SUGAR, LOW CARBS, no salt, NO FRIED ANYTHING. Just work hard!
Or, on a more humorous and costly note, have liposuction, tummy tuck, some kind of surgery.

cardo cardo cardo and sit ups…Your old six pack will show if you burn some of the fat off so do lots of cardo….Drink lots of water and don’t eat a bunch of carbs…
